    Dear Marho,

Thank you very much for the help. In the end, I solved the problem by writing my own import script, which generates the appointments weekly via cronjob, since the CSV import would only have been a detour for me to generate the regular appointments.

    Best regards
    Christian

    Hello,

I know tested some different things without getting a solution:

    • Different time formats: Y-m-d g:i A | m/d/Y g:i | A d.m.Y H:i | Y-m-d H:i
    • I still couldn’t find the phone number in the import col dropdown (I even tested setting the global language settings, to be sure, that it isn’t a localization fault.
    • I did all tests with my import file and the test import from the plugin.

Any one some other suggestions what I could try?

    Hi Geoff,

thanks for your help. I’ll react for the checks you suggested one by one:

    • Can you make sure that ALL columns (save for Event Phone number) are mapped to the proper value before importing? – I did that, but I have the problem, that the dropdown menu in the import preview doesn’t show me a phone number import field.
    • Can you see if the date and time format from the file match the ones found for your WordPress installation and under Events > Settings > Display? – The don’t I used the format, shown in the documentation. Do I getting it right, that I’ve to use the same format, that I set in the display-settings?
    • Can you check what your settings are under Events > Settings > Display ?Some settings will ignore certain imports – Yes, see below.
    • Default stylesheet for event view: Tribe Event Style
      Event template: Default event template
      Event view: all
      Use updated calendar themes: yes

      Default view: list
      Disable event search bar: no
Select to display the classic search bar in the frontend.

Month view – events per day: 3
Enable cache for month view: yes

      Date format settings

      Date with year: d.m.Y
      Date without year: d.m.
Month and year format: F Y
Date Time Separator: ‘ von ‘
      Period Separator: ‘ bis ‘
      Compact date format: 15.01.2021

      Advanced template settings
The following HTML code is added BEFORE the event: empty
The following HTML code will be added AFTER the event: empty

      Thanks
      Christian
