}My issue has been open almost 20 days now. Chatbox is not working properly. I posted on the Premium Support site. too , they keep asking to connect with customization team.
The button should be working and its not, tested by deactivating other plugins: Chat box is not available on single product page by default, which it should. CHat box is visible only when the short code [wcfm_chat_now] is manually added on the single product page. But this leads to an issue where even guests are able to see the chat button, whereas only logged in user used be seeing this. Chat button is visible for some products and not visible for other products which is very strange. Need the Chat button visible for products from vendors for specific group for which the capability has been checked.Forum: Plugins

Right now we are using Dokan Pro with WCFM -Ultimate as frontend.
Do let us know if you are compatible with Woocommerce Marketplace and the mentioned feature if available could be integrated with Woocommerce marketplace.

In continuation to this, is it possible to selectively send the invoice to buyers.
In India sellers who are GST registered send their own invoices to buyers, so our invoice should not go to the buyer.
Our invoice will reach the buyer only when the seller are non GST registered.
Is this feature available in pro?

Thank you for the response. My wordpress has already been updated to 5.4. In my installed plugins I see a new update for Dokan to 3.0.4 and in the details it says:
Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress 5.4.should I still update Dokan? Hope this will not crash my site?

Thank you for the response. I understand there is a shipment tracking function. And this does a pretty good job to some extent. I wanted to extend this functionality where users can have a real time tracking on the site itself.
What AST does is , it has a list of shipping providers and integration with Trackship, sellers can pick the provider add the tracking number and then Trackship does it’s work by tracking the shipment and the buyer can see the motion/transit all from same site.
Can this be done? If you can help me with the file locations and hooks and filters I could check .

Would it be too much to ask for the same? would you be willing to share your solution. This is just one place I am really stuck. I am trying to use woocommerce front end but nothing works and I don’t want to uninstall dokan, and would like to keep using AST as well .
