Put in both, wp-content/langages/plugins and wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/languages
In loco it say the plugin translation is 100% complete but in front end its like on some part are translated …
Hum ok, found the problem, if can help others, this was a conflict with advance access manager, first to regain access to my backend i went in my database, options and search for active_plugin, copy all the value, save it somewhere in text file then save the database modification. You can now access your wp-admin with all plugin desactivated. Reactivated all plugin, go into AAM:
Access
login and logout redirect = WordPress default behaviorSettigns > core setting
disable Secure LoginThis saved me and fixed the problem.
