Is it possible to use html tags such as </br> for line separation etc.
Also how do I access the default post editor? I cant see it in the Theme Customizations side panel.

Hi. thanks for your response.
I found those options.
What I would like to do is use a static page, then display posts in the same way the posts are displayed on the Posts page.
This way I can display my own content and control what I the posts I want to display.
