Thanks for getting back to me.
The above CSS has fixed the layout of the Gift Card product form, thanks!Could you also please suggest css for styling the headings and buttons in the form so I can style them more in line with the rest of the site? If you could give a rough framework or similar I can substitute in the existing styling css used elsewhere.

Yes that’s correct.

Yes on the staging site with no other plugins active the banner can be dismissed.
However working the other way around disabling one at a time, there is no single plugin which when disabled resolves the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me.

The banner is still present after reloading the page.
The banner is not present on the staging site after deactivating and reactivating all plugins simultaneously. It’s not really practical to do that on the production site however.
Deactivating one at a time, the only plugin that stops the banner appearing when deactivated is PA.
