I’m facing the same issue since I’ve performed updates on Friday on an existing install.
No configuration changes have been made on the environment.
post_max_size & upload_max_filesize are both 512MB.
Uploads are enabled.
The last generated shipping label is dated 18/10/2023 – before the updates
