I just want to acknowledge that I was not trying to ask for support again— I was simply apologizing for my earlier mistake! This is actually my first time using this forum as the owner of the site. I did read through the support documentation, but I genuinely didn’t see that specific rule. I meant no harm and was not trying to break any guidelines. I understand and respect the rules here and will be more mindful going forward.

I apologize I read the rules but didn’t see where I wasnt support to post about GP Premium. I originally went to GP site, clicked support, but it said for free support go to ww.wp.xz.cn. That’s how I got to here.
