Gotcha! I’m not sure how to go about generating a new short code for this widget. I have access to the widgets backend editor but it doesn’t give an option to edit the short code. Would you know a way to do this?
Thanks for responding back. Yeah it’s called Logo Showcase CC and it’s not showing up on the front end. It shows up on the back end, meaning I can edit it and place the shortcode/widget on a page but my site doesn’t want to populate it on the front end for some odd reason.
It’s a third part app and it was working before. And I have other 3rd party apps from the same developer and those are showing up but this one doesn’t want to work now. I figured out that it was Page Optimize affecting it because I played with the Page Optimize setting before I deactivated it and it started to affect my other plugins on my homepage as well. Any idea how to fix this?
