Stephen – This is a default wordpress behavior which we can’t change.
Iryna – We Have tested the plugin and cannot replicate your problem – can you tell us what plugins you have installed?

Hi there,
Our Plugin sends the email to the front end user when you add them in the admin area, it also sends the email if they register on the front end.
