Just an FYI – At THEIR request, I filed out the form to get support almost 5 days ago, no response, no support, no customer service.
They can say what they want here… facts are- Program does not work on my one site. Thir chat feature does not work. They do not respond to request for support and they already have MY contact and never attempted to resolve the issue.

Also, your site has a “chat Feature” that says you are online and twice (early evening my time and mid morning my time) I have tried to contact you on it and no one ever responds. Products works on other sites and is very nice. It does not work on sites like my other one and the support lacks considerably.
