Disregard. Turns out this is part of another plugin.
<label id="forminator-field-radio-3-label-1" for="forminator-field-radio-3-1-69cbf866daa02" class="forminator-radio" title="Yes"><input type="radio" name="radio-3" value="Yes" id="forminator-field-radio-3-1-69cbf866daa02" aria-labelledby="forminator-field-radio-3-label-1" data-calculation="0" aria-describedby="forminator-field-radio-3-69cbf866daa02-description"><span class="forminator-radio-bullet" aria-hidden="true"></span><span class="forminator-radio-label">Yes</span></label>aria-describedby=”forminator-field-radio-3-69cbf866daa02-description” is defined, but the description it refers to does not exit. There are a couple of these in the page.
You know, after further testing, I think it is the Elementor Tabs that is causing the problem. I put the short code in a page outside of the Elementor Tabs, and everything is showing. I’ve run into other issues with the tabbing, and I may just steer us away from that layout altogether. Not preferred, but it has been problematic.
I’m also noticing that page navigation seems to be out of whack. I am not sure if that is a local modification issue or what. But that is not the priority of this thread.
Upon further testing, I rolled back the version, no change.
I upgraded to the latest version again, and the file showed up.
I uploaded another file, and it does not show.
I’m sorry, did you need me to do something else? Your last line confused me. It just points to this forum. I feel like we are going in circles.
Yes I see it both logged in and logged out.
The screenshots you asked for are at https://imgur.com/a/genDgkX.
The issue is on multiple websites wherever I have a forminator shortcode in a tab or accordion element in an Elementor page.
Your statement about the Conference Registration form makes no sense. What does the fact that the form being a registration form have anything to do with it not showing when someone is logged in? First of all, it being a registration form is irrelevant. It is just a form gather info, like any of the other forms we use, that are also being affected. Second, why would a registration form ever be hidden if someone is logged in? I don’t understand the logic of that.
You mention a setting: “Hide the form if a user is already logged in”
Where is this setting? I’ve never seen it or heard of it.
I feel like you are telling me my forms are setup wrong – like I picked something that I shouldn’t have when I created them. If you could point that out or tell me how to change this, that would be helpful.
I’ve tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
The Ajax setting made no difference.
No errors in the console.
FYI, I testing with the troubleshooting mode, and the problem persists when only Elementor and Forminator are active.
I don’t know what to tell you. I can still see it on the link I sent you, and I have started seeing it on another website I manage. (https://cdalibrary.org/services/book-a-librarian/)
I’m really not sure what is going on with these. They’ve always been fine up until recently.
Sorry, I wrote back, but realized the address is a noreply.
I’ve created a duplicate of the page with the original shortcuts on the Conference Registration and Contact Us tabs. You can see this page at https://koha-us.org/test
The first time you view it, the forms show up. But if you refresh the page, all you get is the edit link.
By the way, if there is a way to turn of the edit link, that would be appreciated.

In reply to: [Connections Business Directory] Not working anymoreI tried this fix and it didn’t work. Our site is still showing this module with a critical error.
Thanks for the info! That helped, and saved me a bunch of time. Hope they can get this straightened out soon.
FYI, I’ve had to turn off the international validation for the time being to get the form to work.
Works here too! Thank you!
