It must have had something to do with the theme. It might be nice if you included some information in there about how/where to check for those who aren’t wordpress experts trying to use your stuff.
I managed to find a way to lay the page out properly using some CSS overrides so it’s okay now.Just a follow-up to this. I finally got around to going into the file system and renaming it to get rid of it. The google authentication process for wp mail smtp completed instantly. After it was done, I tried to reenable this plugin as we’re using it for cognito login, and it refused to enable. It’s just completely incompatible with you having your mail connected to google. I can’t recommend enough that people run far away from this plugin. Creator is MIA and it’s broken on multiple levels.
The issue is now resolved and e-mails are sending. Great job by this team.
As far as I can tell there isn’t a manual delivery setting. Only “Auto Key Delivery Send the key to the customer automatically after payment.” and that is enabled.
I set the price of the item to a non zero value and gave myself a 100% off coupon. I created a new key and purchased it, and nothing has been sent.Hello,
Thanks for getting back so quickly. Unfortunately that still doesn’t work. I checked the box for processing and it does indeed mark the key sold immediately, but still doesn’t send it. I also tried manually completing the order and that doesn’t get it to send the key. I’ve checked the account we have that sends e-mails and it’s not in its sent folders (other e-mails from today are) and the account e-mail hasn’t received the e-mail with the key either.Just a heads up, it was the oauth plugin I was using, the one from ‘steve’. As soon as that was removed it authenticated immediately, also after I tried to restore it, it refused. It won’t run while the google authentication is set up apparently. miniorange’s does run
