Thanks for the response.

there was no error thrown in error_log & debog.log

Did a conflict test, disabled all plugins, same issue.

deleted & reinstalled UM, same issue

I have tried the iframe onload JavaScript and other methods as seen on Google but none seems to work.

Any help here would be appreciated.
