Thanks, i fixed it with a display none on the notification window.
In our case the problem was the plugin: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/
Somehow it clashes with GTM4WP (in case of the purchase event). Disabling the Woocommerce Google Analytics-integration did solve it for us. We added tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager for UA (GA4 was already implemented via Tag Manager).
