Also, how would I change the post settings so that the author of the post does not show on the post?
And then from there how do I tell what is wrong? (I can navigate through coding enough for what is required for website management, but I don’t write code/develop websites)

Sort of? We’re using a domain that we have set up to redirect to our website in order to create this preview site. (rackesgroup.com redirects to therackesgroup.com and this preview site is at rackesgroup.com.previewdns.com)
Is there a way I could check the config/URLs and fix what’s causing this?
