It’s the Divi theme. So I checked, and it’s GPL, so OK to share. You can download it here: https://cryptoticr.com/.build/Divi.zip
To recreate the problem, create (or edit an existing) global header (or body or footer) using the Divi “Theme Builder” found at path /admin.php?page=et_theme_builder
The problem also occurs in your 4.3.1 version.
