I have checked two The Events Calendar and this Modern Events Calendar.
Finally I decided to stay at the original one.. .at least I have no time to change.I could not import events, so it would be plenty of time to add al of them again.
Maybe later… So the original question is turning again, how can I make the months work. 😀Thank you.

I have tried to add a html snipet, auto insert, first sitewide heather and then sitewid footer, but it is not working for me.
If I change the language back to english as @rommeket sugested, it is fine.

I have the same problem. My calendar always shows january. I do not know how to change that. (And also I cannot set up to show long events, only the first day is displayed.)

Is it possible that the child theme is different from the original one? If I watch the preview of the main theme the cathegory pages are good, but not in the child theme.
I cannot find that fix imported demo button, but I do not think I would need that,my site is older than 3-4 years so it was not imported now.

My problem is that on all the support pages I get the message:
“Oops! That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”
So I cannot read the documentation.
