I checked the database user account and can confirm it has all the roles except for DBA/MaintenanceAdmin/ProcessAdmin/ReplicationAdmin and all the privileges except for CREATE TABLESPACE/FILE/SHUTDOWN/SUPER.

Can you briefly explain what you mean by raise the plugin version in the core file complianz-gdpr.php – which line do you suggest altering and by what increment?

Hi @jarnovos, thanks for your prompt reply.

The issue only happens on production on a high traffic website, so enabling the plugin in that incomplete state may detract many customers.

We will confirm with the client whether we could arrange a time to demonstrate this issue on production, or even a remote desktop session where you could see the issue from our perspective.

In the meantime, is there any history of the Cookie Banner page redirecting onto itself? Any guidance into what we can look into would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is there an on/off switch to have the plugin activated but the banner disabled? We couldn’t locate such a switch, which pushed us into temporarily uninstalling the plugin.
