seems like i have solved it. When making the download and instead of choosing from available media, I upload it direct, it seems to work. Bit strange, must say I might have changed other things in the meantime

You would not believe, been searching for a solution to this problem for two weeks and 5 min after posting the question, i found the solution.
Sorry to have bothered you’all.
Solution is actually in the collumn padding setting of the max mega menu ootions
