I have tried again after 18 hours and I can slowly load to our website and also the WP Admin Page. I was still ok until around now this time when we experienced the same issue again of not beimg to aceess the site.
What can be wrong?

Hi Thanks for the reply and yes I am certain we are using the latest most updated version of WP but I was unable to check this up as to which current version we were using as I was unable to login to the admin page of WP to check this actual WP version out.
Just a clarification, when u mentioned hosting company u were referring to the company where we registered our domain am I right?
