Thank you for answering my question. I meant to tell you that the pop-up on the desktop is not operating well. Sometimes it worked, but some other times it didn’t.
Yes, I’ve seen the heads up, and it is now still deactivated since I haven’t chosen the plan yet.

However, I have already used follow it for mobile since the beginning, but it still does not operate well. Do I need to change my plan from free to premium so then it will work? Thank you once again.

I want to report an issue regarding the plugin that I used to get a subscriber, which is MyPopUps. For the record, it worked if someone were to subscribe by using a desktop/pc. But unfortunately, it didn’t work well on mobile.You may see the screenshot below. Can you give me some pointers and help me with this issue?
