In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact form is no longer attaching pic files.Sorry, I’ve been playing with it and I deleted it after I sent it. They are project 1 – 4. I’ll put it back. NOW, 1 and 2 are working and 3 and above are NOT. Yet they are the same script……
As I mentioned previously, the issue occurs SOMETIMES whether the Gallery is activated or not……..
Not sure what you mean by the lightbox working fine? Nor that you “doubt” the problem revolves around the gallery. What else would it involve when the hyperlink doesnt pull up the pic from the gallery? As mentioned earlier, I can open the links most times from whatever computer i’m sending them from, but as a receiver from another device I receive that same 403 error.
I tried deactivation of the plugin as instructed which I had already done and it has no affect. Further, non of the other pics on the site are involved. ONLY PICS IN THE GALLERY are causing this sporadic error.
1) Not sure how I’m supposed to disable Cherry Media Parallax particularly when its used for certain features on other pages. All I know is that its affecting all aspects of the site now and it never did before.
3) not sure how to add an image or screen shot here, but this is an example of a link I tried emailing and the resultant error message. Again, I used to email image links all the time without issue. I just right clicked on (copy image address)

No problem. Below is the link to the gallery. We’re also having a problem scrolling the gallery pages. As you scroll down the page all of the images SHAKE??????? We’ve played with numerous adjustments i.e. pre-loads etc, but nothing is making it go away. It never did this before……..

Well, I was finally able to reload 1.5.22 via WP Rollback plugin and the gallery is back to normal. It now loads in about 6 seconds as compared to 4-5 minutes.
Has anyone figured out what the issue is yet? I had tried 1.5.28 as well with no improvement.

Any chance 1.5.28 fixes any of the “hanging” issues?????

HOW do we delete the existing gallery and reload the last working version???????

Not sure what happened but it is actually loading today after about a 2 minute load time. I thing my web support may have played with some settings. It still isn’t right though. I may have to reload a backup for my site.
If I manually reload the gallery files am I going to lose all of my 600+ photos?

What is the procedure to load a previous version of the gallery???? We need to go back to 1.5.22.
