have you solved the problem now? If not you can try this:

If the sites fine, but all the posts have disappeared it means there is something wrong with the database. It can be fixed by simply going to mysql datbases tab in your cpanel and running a fix on the specific database.

Theres a drop down menue where you can select the database and automatically fix it by simply clicking the button. (Database name can be found within the wp-config.php file
