Hi,
Thank You for your response. I tried this but still same so i tried changing .htaccess file. Now its working fine. But i have deactivated siteground optimizer.
Should i re activated again to check?

thank you for your support. I tried by replacing .htaccess file. with new, now the login and site are back to normal state.
