Have you moved any files via SSH recently? It could be about permissions.
Other than that, I would recommend renaming the entire plugins directory to something else.
And make sure you don’t have other files like index.html or anything like that in there.
And do you get the error on the front end of the website?

It really depends on how the code is set up.
Sometimes it calls the list of posts explicitly from your template file, in this case you would need to change the template code.
But sometimes it pulls from a theme option so you can change it without changing the code.
I can take a closer look if you want some help.
