YOP support desk worked with me to sort this out. Our Poll works perfectly now! Issue resolved.
OK I have now paid for YOP Poll Pro. My WP site says it has been installed. NO CHANGE to this issue. NO IMPROVEMENT. Can someone out there please provide some support? Thanks
