Another way to do it!

functions.php

if(class_exists( '\Perfect_Woocommerce_Brands\Perfect_Woocommerce_Brands' )) {
	remove_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop', array( '\Perfect_Woocommerce_Brands\Perfect_Woocommerce_Brands', 'archive_page_banner' ), 9);
	add_action( 'woocommerce_after_shop_loop', array( '\Perfect_Woocommerce_Brands\Perfect_Woocommerce_Brands', 'archive_page_banner'), 9);
}
