I was told my the theme support forum to delete that line and it has worked on my website but not on the admin section of my site so I need to do the same to this.

Hi Andrew
It looks file on a computer but if you look at it on a mobile you will see that it crops to a section of the page, not showing the whole screen as I would like it to.
