Hello Niklas,
Sorry I should have been more clear. We do not select product, we only add costs rows. So I think WooCommerce will handle it as a virtual product.
However, under no circumstance do we want it to complete automatically. It should always go to processing no mather what kind of product it is.

Thanks for your reply! I checked the plugins and it is the My Parcel plugin that is using the same filter. I will check with the creator of that plugin if he can change something.
When I need more help I will let you know.

Wij gebruikte hiervoor een aparte plugin dus dit is de eerste keer dat we jullie plugin hiervoor gebruiken. Tijdens het testen toen de tijd van versturen nog niet op “Na 4 dagen” stond werkte het wel gewoon.
Echter met de tijd op 4 dus dat na het sluiten van een order na 4 dagen een mail verstuurd moet worden werkt het niet.

We are the host and the DB settings are correct. Its not every page that gives this error. For example the location overview works fine, the above is from the edit location page.
So it looks like there is a file somewhere that uses different setting then the wp-config.php.
