Thank you very much for your reply.
I had found the reason why the plugin didn’t work. Truly it’s a problem about my theme and a plugin named uber menu, I had uninstall the plugin uber menu and the search box came out again in my IE9 browser. It’s truly a perfect plugin . Cheers!
