I think, I have to join this topic.We changed the owner of all the directories and files to the ftp-user, but they are all still in the group of the webclient.
Additionally we review and edit the permissions.Now we have to set the permission of the wp-root directory und wp_content to 775 instead of 755 to create a new gallery.
The fileupload in the plugin doesnt work neither.The wp_content/plugins directory has the permission 755.
Is it possible that the plugin can use the ftp-user?
