I think my problem is that the name and the custom field is attached to user profile, right?
Is it able to not attach them to the user profile?

I clicked on the first appointment: here the name is Stefán György
But in the pop up the name is different. I have figured out that it always overwrite the datas like name, custom fields according to an e-mail. But in my case we often book for our clients who call in. In the previous versions we had no problem with it.

Ok, let me explain it:
I book a few appointment as an admin. Then when I try to modify one of them it always shows the name, phone number and custom field of the last one. The date and time is ok.
