Ok thank you for the hint. I will try it
Hi Belén,
I guess you are taking control of this plugin, and very glad for that, because as you can see many people is having this same problem.
The problem is, 5 months ago, after updating WooCommerce to 4.0 and this pluging to 1.3.1, it could not set Paypal orders automatically to “Completed”.
I am currently using version 1.1.0 and it works properly, but every time I have to update WooCommerce I am afraid it will fail again…
Have you fixed this problem for latest version?
Thanks for your support!
Ok, I understand
ThanksHey thanks so much 🙂
Actually I think there is another issue with this option. My customers don’t log in my WP, they just go to Woocomerce products, fill in the form and buy them. I don’t want to show an exclusive offer to customers who had previuosly purchased the product, relying on order billing email, just the same as “Exclusive Offer” option. If not, they can even get upset haha
Does it make sense?
Thank you!
Using this plugin, Easy Updates Manager, you can downgrade any WP plugin to the exact version you want to use, and disable the upgrading warning, not to upgrade it by accident
https://es.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/Actually I test any plugin update in a different test site, and there is where I found the problem, with:
WooCommerce 4.0.1
Autocomplete 1.3.1I have not updated Autocomplete in my real site and orders are correctly completed there, with:
WooCommerce 4.0.1
Autocomplete 1.1.0Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Not sending emails for canceled ordersHi!
Not sure I understand sorry, let me state some details:
I think when someone starts purchase process with Paypal login screen, but then cancel the process, the order goes to cancelled and no email is sent to admin.
I had this situation before, luckly they tried again and purchased my product, but I would like to receive an email in these situations, would it be possible?
I know this is the problem because I have replicated it on my test siteThanks very much for your prompt response!
