The plugins are still in the /wp-content/plugins folder but there’s not showing in the dashboard. I’m trying to resolve it deleting the files and reinstalling. It seems it’s working.
I have the same problem.I can’t desactivate and reactivate plugins because there are not showing in the plugin menu. The website is apparently working OK.
