Is this product still being supported? If not, I can just find another plugin. Disappointing.

Ok I did that, and it still didn’t resolve the issue. It is not part of my header.php file in the theme either. I’m at a loss as to why only the blog posts have the old url, but the pages have the new url.
Any other ideas?
