add_filter(‘the_excerpt’, ‘youtube_plugin’);
then add after it this line
add_filter(‘widget_text’, ‘youtube_plugin’);
Now it should work in the widget, if you use the textarea.

Just delete by FTP! Move to directory <yourdomain>/wp-content/plugins and then delete “wordpress-video-plugin”.
