Yes we were. In the end we gave up with this plug-in and chose another which doesn’t exhibit these problems. These seem wholly due to the fact that yours uses an external site for some function (which is worrying in itself) and this site was always slow. This slowness affected our whole site; not just the page with the form.
The site does now load, but the form no longer works. Is there a reason why this might be? I shouldn’t need to recreate the form if I’ve deactivated and subsequently re-activated the plug-in, should I?
