Thanks for reaching out.
This is not a bug but a limitation as User ID saving during subscription is processed on the server side and is not sent from the front when user subscribes. That’s why if they first subscribe and then log in, the plugin can not identify them as owners of one of the existing subscriptions and update user ID.
We are working on improvement on that side which might allow that to happen which will be included in the next versions of the plugin as well as the feature to only show subscription prompt and button if the user is logged in, so to prevent unauthorized users from subscribing notifications.Thank you

It looks like the caching issue. Do you use any caching plugin? Also if possible, can you send us your website URL and we will check it for more detailed investigation.

Plugin can be fully translated using Loco Translate. Please change the location of the translation plugin to be System and it should work.Hi Tom,
