In reply to: [Woocommerce Super Simple Tax Exemption] Plug in not workingWe had a customer place an order today, and it incorrectly charged her sales tax even though she entered her tax exempt ID number. This same customer placed an order earlier this year and the plugin worked to exempt her from sales tax. I can’t find any settings that have changed since then, so can you help me figure out what is going on? Thanks, Joni
