while using Xampp ..i got the same error but when i uploaded it to the Linux based Host server . it got fixed automatically.
Must be issue with File permission
Problem got solved….
There was bit of Jquery that is creating Problem..
Switching to any other theme resoves the problem.
but i need this template ,
Secondly, none of the plugin is creating problem.
