we already did that and it didn’t quite help.. they said they couldn’t test it and it worked for them with two orders (but the error comes really inconsistenly or we didn’t see anything in common in the orders) and then claimed there is probably an issue with an unstable internet connection (Hostpoint Hosting)..
And since i saw a few support cases here i justed wanted to see if anyone else has this issue.

i have the problem, that the customer sometimes doesn’t get redirected to the payment site..
