Yeah, my site started crashing (possibly not coincidentally) after this update too. Disabled it and now the site is working fine.
This is like the 3rd time an update from Easy ToC has crashed my site. I’m going to find a different ToC plugin.

Well I am very confused. This issue seems to have disappeared. Maybe it was a caching issue instead?
Anyway, I will mark this resolved and I will let you know if it reoccurs (and if I confirm it is the plugin). Thanks for the response.
