thanks for your reply, the option is already marked as no, also that would not explain why some orders work correctly and some not, also I haven’t changed any option and this only started happening since the last 3 updates.

I went through the documentation but this is a malfunction, not a configuration issue, as specified above, no changes have been made and all settings are according to documentation.

there are two orders: 6621 and 6616.
6621 is correct and shows subproducts, while 6616 does not show subproducts, both composites are the same and both require at least 1 subproduct to be purchased.
