Thanks for the update. I appreciate that bugs take time to fix, however seen as the Pinterest functionality is a paid feature – and indeed one of the reason for buying for the add-ons – this isn’t really okay. Ensuring current advertised features work is surely a priority over creating new feature requests.

Given that no one has replied to the two emails/support requests I have made through the Mashshare paid-plugin website, please can you advise how I can actually make contact to request a refund under the 30-day guarantee?

Hi Nicola,
Yes, it is the Payment gateway. But it is the clients preffered option so I’ve reached out to the PG directly.

If they can’t find a solution, would a WooPlugin like Order Status Manager over-ride this and offer a quick fix?

I have. It’s still showing just the blank background with text at the moment.

Yes. But still on the floating side bar is shows up no image when you click on Pinterest, it only shows the image when you use the bottom bar.
