buuuut – I’t seems to only use the current post meta tags, and i need to be able to write some html that stays of the sidebar all the time. i cant figure out how to do that. (probably can. ill have another go)

i had a go from that other article and it worked easy anyway. but i want to use a plugin for upgradability.
