Thank you for your reply, I’ve checked the cron job on the server side and I believe it’s working. Do I need to create any cron commands for the photo review plugin? Hope to hear from you soon

Hi, the problem is resolved after I renamed the product to something else.

But the other products are all same, bookable product, under this plugin and able to be found. Only this particular product is having this issue.

Any alternative solution?

Hi, thanks for your quick response

a) It’s a bookable product, using Booking plugin from PluginHive
b) ‘Elf Costume’

Most of the products are able to find, so far only this product. I have tried changed the name, or duplicate the product and the problem still persists..
