    I’m encountering the same fatal error again that I reported previously. The error message is:

    Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function RankMath\Admin\wp_get_current_user() in /wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/admin/class-admin-menu.php:53

    After this happens, the site goes completely down, and the only way to temporarily fix it is by changing the PHP version from cPanel, which resets things and brings the site back online.

    Here’s what I’ve confirmed on my end:

    • I’m using the latest version of WordPress and Rank Math.
    • I’ve added the correct debug configuration in wp-config.php, but the fatal error doesn’t get logged in wp-content/debug.log — probably because it occurs too early in the execution.
    • Based on your previous answer, I understand this function is only called inside the init hook, which should be safe. However, the issue still happens, indicating something (perhaps a plugin or custom code) is triggering execution too early and causing Rank Math to load before pluggable.php is available.

    I’d really appreciate it if you could:

    1. Confirm if there’s any known fix or update for this issue.
    2. Suggest a way to prevent Rank Math from loading until wp_get_current_user() is guaranteed to be available, or at least gracefully fail instead of throwing a fatal error.

    I hid the express checkout button above the form using CSS, and now there’s only the one as a payment method. Your plugin is awesome. I also left a 5-star review.

    Is it possible to add Revolut as a payment method from Stripe? In Romania, Revolut is very popular, and I’d love to offer this option as well. It would be great if you could include Revolut.

    Hi Team Funnelkit,

    Thank you for your prompt response and for checking the Google Pay functionality on your end — I appreciate the Loom video demonstration.

    I’ve followed the instructions in the blog post to set up the Merchant ID and configure it for my store, and I’m now waiting for the approval.

    I also have a quick question:
    Is it possible to hide the express checkout button above the form and only show Google Pay as a payment option at the standard checkout, after my Google Pay API integration is approved?

    Hi, thanks for your support!

    I’m using version 8.6.1. I tried to downgrade but 8.6.0 is no longer available for download. Do you have a copy of that?

    I have enabled the legacy checkout experience and now the fields are normal. No custom css added that can affect the checkout fields.

    I don’t think it conflicts with another plugin. I didn’t add any new plugins. 

    It is a live website and I can not switch themes.

    It will be nice if you can make a filter widget for the sidebar instead of every product on the shop page.
