I’ve got the same problem with a customer site, which was build with Elementor. But the filtering was with the WooCommerce default and not with AJAX or any other plugin.

1. System sends email normal – I have tested this.
2. It is enabled.
3. I checked the spam/junk folder and they are not received there.Please, let me know the email address where I can send you the details to access our website.

Just an update on my query.
I’ve tested sending emails from the contact form in any of the posted ads in our website and they work fine, so we are just not receiving the automatic emails generated whenever a user registers, etc.
Would it be the cause that we are using the built-in PHP mailer instead of setting SMTP details?
Any answers above the above would be really appreciated.
