well i kinda figured it out, it was an addon issue.
im using this addon for CF7:
Redirection For Contact Form 7 Extension – Custom Registration forms
this is active on 1 out 7 forms i have, to fix ive changed the field names on that specific form and this somehow solved the issue in other forms.
