I am sorry, I forgot to mention that I use Opera (v113 MacOS).

The bug #1: it only occurs in Opera. It works fine in Chrome.

The bug #2: you can even see it in your video here. When you open it on Gutenberg edit page, it doesn’t cover the entire screen like Link field type does from ACF. It only covers the metabox container which doesn’t look well.
